WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A man and a boy were taken into custody Wednesday morning after they allegedly crashed a stolen car in Northeast D.C., striking a federal law enforcement vehicle.
It all started at around 11 a.m., when U.S. Park Police officers tried to pull over a vehicle that was previously reported stolen and had a fake license plate.
However, the vehicle’s driver “refused” to stop and tried to flee from officers, colliding with a U.S. Marshals Service vehicle and a parked car before overturning, according to USSP.

Officers arrested the man and the boy, who were both reportedly riding in the stolen vehicle. Responders also took the boy, whose exact age remains unclear, to the hospital for treatment of a leg injury sustained in the crash, police noted…
