ALEXANDRIA, Va. (7News) — An Alexandria preschool is responding to 7News after a picture showed a toddler tied to a chair in August.
“It’s sad, especially for this lady, she worked at our school for more than four years,” said Dr Dan Yang, founder and principal of the Vinci School.
