WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A suspect was apprehended after a woman was found stabbed near Interstate 295 in Washington, D.C., overnight.
The Metropolitan Police Department told DC News Now that officers were called to the I-295 North and Suitland Parkway around 12:35 a.m. on Sept. 24, for a stabbing.

Once on the scene, police found a woman who had been stabbed. Medics took her to the hospital for treatment.
