WOODBRIDGE, Va. (DC News Now) — A 17-year-old boy is facing various charges after allegedly kicking an officer during his arrest, according to the Prince William County Police Department (PWCPD).
Police said officers responded on Sept. 11, around 12:15 a.m., to reports of an intoxicated person in the 14800 block of Ashdale Avenue.
There, officers located the teen, who appeared to be under the influence, and he tried to run away before police could detain him.
