Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Catalina Rivera Velasco, a missing 13-year-old.
Velasco was last seen on Thursday, September 25, 2025, around 7 a.m., near the intersection of Navahoe Drive and 11th Avenue in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet tall, 130Lbs., with red hair, brown eyes and wears glasses. She was last seen wearing black pants, black long sleeve shirt and pink shoes…
