WASHINGTON — Police are responding to a crash on I-395 southbound past East Potomac Park at Exit 2. All lanes were blocked starting from the East Potomac Park across the 14th St Bridge heading southwest for the crash investigation and related police activity. By 6:30, the crash scene had cleared, but some delays remained.
