WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said a woman was taken to the hospital after she was stabbed near Gallaudet University on Tuesday morning.
It all happened in the 700 block of Florida Avenue NE.
Minutes before 9 a.m., D.C. police officers were called to the area for a “disorderly disturbance.” Once on the scene, officers found a woman who had been stabbed.
