SEE VIDEO: DC police seek 2 wanted in United Medical Center burglary

WASHINGTON (7News) — D.C. police are asking for the public’s help identifying two people caught on camera during a burglary at United Medical Center in Southeast last month.

The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said around 2:28 a.m. on Sept. 4, two individuals entered the closed hospital in the 1300 block of Southern Avenue SE through the loading dock and moved throughout the interior hallways and storage areas “while carrying the missing electronic tablet.”

Police said the individuals stole property before taking off.

According to a police report, during morning inventory, the hospital crew discovered the following items missing from secured interior rooms:

  • 2 Microsoft Surface Pro tablets
  • 6 Apple iPad Generation 6 tablets
  • 2 vehicle keys: Ford F-150 key and Chrysler Pacifica key (both vehicles located on scene and secured)
  • Eighteen Pixis medication-dispensing machine keys (machines remained on site)
  • 1 access badge
