Southeast DC condominium says its being incorrectly charged $80K for water

WASHINGTON (7News) — Residents at the Grandview Estates Condominiums reached out to 7News after their water bill doubled.

They’re concerned it’s connected to faulty piping installed by a developer who has been sued multiple times, including by the D.C. Attorney General.
