WASHINGTON (DC News Now) – A second allegation of corporal punishment at a Southeast D.C. elementary school is under investigation, the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) and DC Public Schools (DCPS) confirm.
It’s the second allegation that emerged at Boone Elementary School last month.
