WASHINGTON (7News) — Four people were arrested in connection with an assault that left several victims hurt outside a café in southeast D.C., according to the Metropolitan Police Department.
Police said the incident happened just before 10 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 15, in the 500 block of 8th Street, Southeast.
