A Virginia man is behind bars after police say he shot and killed another man during a domestic dispute involving his sister late Saturday night.
Detectives with the Alexandria Police Department have charged 26-year-old Damontie James with second-degree murder and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony, officials announced Monday.
