55-year-old James Shelton, of Washington, D.C., is accused of targeting convenience stores and stealing credit cards from breakrooms.
On Sept. 15, around 6 p.m., officers responded to the 5600 block of Pickwick Road in Centreville for reports of a theft. The victim reported that her belongings were stolen from the employees’ breakroom while she was working at the front of the store.
