Woman accused of beating person unconscious near DC metro on Halloween

WASHINGTON (7News) — D.C. Police are working to identify a woman accused of beating a person near a metro station on Halloween night.

Just after midnight, the person and their friends were getting off a train at the Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter Station in Northwest, when they were approached by a group of people who made fun of their Halloween costumes, the Metropolitan Police Department said.

One woman in the group went up and hit the person “multiple times in the back of the head.” The blows caused the person to lose consciousness, and they had to be taken to the hospital…
