WASHINGTON (7News) — A teenager was accused of a shooting at a Howard University Homecoming event in October.
Keavaughn Dudley, 17, of D.C., was arrested on Friday for the Oct. 24 shooting, according to U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro.
