Officers launched a death investigation on Tuesday, Nov. 18, after being notified that the body was discovered days after it was towed from a local parking lot, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
Detectives learned the case began on Nov. 3 when a private tow company removed a vehicle from PS Business Park on PS Business Center Drive.
