Gas Station Chaos: Three People Assaulted At Waldorf Dash In

WALDORF, Md. — A 63-year-old man with no fixed address is accused of assaulting three people at a Waldorf convenience store, including a woman who tried to help him while he was bleeding, according to charging documents.

Norman Randolph Jenkins is charged with three counts of second-degree assault tied to an incident on Friday, Nov. 14, 2025, at the Dash In on Crain Highway.

Trooper First Class E. Waldow was dispatched to the store for a report of an intoxicated person and arrived to find a woman sitting on a curb outside, crying and pressing a napkin to her face as medics treated her. She told the trooper she did not know Jenkins and said he attacked her without warning inside the store…
