Metropolitan Police Seek Public’s Aid After Group Robbery in Northwest D.C., $1,000 Reward Offered

Metropolitan Police officials are requesting help from the public following a robbery in the Northwest this past weekend. Last Saturday, around 4:37 PM, a victim was confronted by a group of individuals on the Unit block of L Street, Northwest, who proceeded to assault the victim and take their belongings before fleeing the area. The incident was quickly brought to the attention of the local police, with MPD officials confirming the victim did not sustain injuries during the theft.

Currently, the MPD is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for anyone who provides information leading to the arrest and conviction of the suspects responsible for the crime. While the suspects remain unidentified, the police urge anyone with knowledge about the robbery or the suspects involved to come forward.
