The owners of Alexandria restaurant Mystic Bar & Grill recently announced that they are closing their eatery at 220 N. Lee St. in Old Town. The final day the restaurant will be open is Sunday, Nov. 30, according to owners Ralph Davis and son Matt Davis.
Ralph Davis is a legendary restaurateur in Alexandria, known mainly for his ownership and management of RT’s Restaurant for 32 years but also for his hand in many others in Old Town and Arlington.
The restaurant serves up Southern classics, hickory-smoked barbecue, crab soup, crab cake and other signature sandwiches, bananas foster bread pudding and much more. It racked up 4.5 stars out of 5 on Yelp from 70 reviews like this one earlier this year:…
