The Montgomery County Police Department (MCPD) reports that a 28-year-old man fatally stabbed a 28-year-old woman inside a University Boulevard West apartment before she collapsed in the hallway and he fell to his death from a balcony in what detectives are investigating as a domestic related murder suicide.
According to MCPD, “On Wednesday, November 26, at approximately 12:54 p.m., 4th District officers and Fire Rescue personnel were called to the Warwick Apartments in the 1100 block of University Boulevard West for a report that a man had jumped from the building. First responders found Demetreis Lee outside near the pool area, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
As officers searched the building to determine where he had come from, they found Andrea Guirola in the hallway on the twenty-first floor with stab wounds. Officers and Fire Rescue personnel attempted lifesaving measures, but she died at the scene…
