Fairfax City police have formally announced the arrest of a man accused of brandishing a knife at a local restaurant yesterday (Monday).
Hadi Abboud, a 23-year-old Fairfax resident, was taken into custody around 12:30 p.m., shortly after police responded to the Saba Yemeni Restaurant at 3900 Pickett Road.
Abboud, who appears to have been employed at the restaurant at one time, allegedly got into an argument with the restaurant’s manager over his employment status before threatening the staff with a knife, the City of Fairfax Police Department said…
