WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — More than a week after a mother of four told DC News Now that she and her children were living without proper heating, a property manager for the apartment which she rents said that claim and others were “blatant lies.”
Christina Perry, who lives at Pinnacle Apartments in Northwest D.C., explained that the lack of proper heating followed a summer without air conditioning in the unit.
