Cushman & Wakefield has arranged a 5,800-square-foot retail lease for Floriana, an Italian restaurant concept, at The Atrium in Alexandria.
The new location at 277 South Washington Street marks the restaurant’s first establishment in Virginia, expanding its presence beyond its long-standing locations in Washington, D.C., and Wilmington, North Carolina.
Sophie Van Pelt of Cushman & Wakefield represented Floriana in the lease negotiations. The landlord, W.C. and A.N.
