WALDORF, Md. – On December 2, 2025, the Prince George’s County Sheriff’s Office arrested Erica Terry on an open warrant related to an ongoing homicide investigation. Terry was taken into custody and charged with Murder and Second-Degree Escape.
The charges stem from an incident that occurred on December 12, 2024, when officers responded to a reported altercation in which one individual required medical assistance.
Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive adult female. Despite immediate lifesaving efforts, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene. Terry, who remained on site, was transported to the Prince George’s County Police Department’s Major Crimes Division- Homicide Unit for questioning.
