SEAT PLEASANT, Md. (DC News Now) — Police closed a road in Seat Pleasant after a fatal crash involving a pedestrian.
The Seat Pleasant Police Department said in a post at 8:05 p.m. that East Capitol Street’s westbound lanes were closed between Crown Street and Southern Avenue.
