The Washington Regional Alcohol Program (WRAP) will offer its 2025 Holiday SoberRide program from December 19 through January 1, providing adults in the Washington-metropolitan area with free Lyft rides home (up to $15) between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. to help prevent impaired driving during a high-risk period for alcohol-related crashes.
The initiative, which provided more than 2,200 safe rides last December, is part of WRAP’s long-running effort to reduce drunk driving through public education and free ride services.
