WASHINGTON — An argument took a violent turn and landed a 19-year-old man in handcuffs.
According to a spokesperson with the Metropolitan Police Department, the argument happened around 12:45 p.m. on Friday. Police say the victim and the suspect were arguing in the 2200 block of Minnesota Avenue in D.C., not far from Boone Elementary School.
Police say the argument escalated, and the 19-year-old pepper sprayed the victim and then hit them with his car. The victim was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries. Police did not say what the argument was about…
