WALDORF, Md. — A Waldorf woman faces misdemeanor drug and trespassing charges following an incident at a Leonardtown Road liquor store earlier this month, according to court records filed in Charles County District Court.
Joyce Marie Bayliss, 48, was arrested Dec. 15, 2025, after deputies with the Charles County Sheriff’s Office responded to a report of a disorderly subject at Holiday Liquors, located at 3385 Leonardtown Road.
