McLean, Virginia — A federal magistrate judge has ordered a Virginia man held without bond after prosecutors alleged he sent a violent death threat to Richard Grenell, the interim executive director of the Kennedy Center.
Scott Allen Bolger, 33, of McLean, was remanded Tuesday into U.S. Marshals Service custody following a court hearing in the Eastern District of Virginia. He is charged via criminal complaint with transmitting interstate threats and making false statements to federal authorities. U.S. Magistrate Judge William E.
