WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A D.C. man was sentenced to 16 years in prison for shooting into a crowd in D.C. in 2023, prosecutors said.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office (USAO) for the District of Columbia announced Tuesday that James Outland was sentenced for the shooting that took place on June 28, 2023.
