Jennifer Cummins, 55, of Fairfax, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 6, by the Fairfax County Police Fugitive Tracking and Apprehension Team, in connection with a grisly 1991 infant death investigation in Madison County, according to Kentucky State Police.
The arrest stems from the death of an unidentified female infant, known as Baby Jane Doe, who was discovered in 1991 at the former Richmond Landfill in Madison County after being found by a sanitation worker, police said.
