WALDORF, Md. – On December 31, 2025, Charles County Sheriff’s detectives, along with detectives from the Prince George’s County Police Department, located Thomas Clay Guinyard, age 30, of Hyattsville, who had several active arrest warrants in connection with numerous thefts of heat pumps and air conditioning units, worth over $40,000 and impacting more than 10 businesses across the region.
