WASHINGTON (7News) — A man was sent to the hospital after a shooting in Southeast D.C. late Friday morning, according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
Sixth District officers were called around 10:48 p.m. about gunfire near 51st and E Street, SE. When officers arrived at the scene, they found a man conscious and breathing with gunshot wounds.
