CHARLES COUNTY, Md. (DC News Now) — A Hyattsville man was arrested on Dec. 31 in connection with a string of heat pump and air conditioning unit thefts from Charles County businesses.
According to the Charles County Sheriff’s Office, Thomas Clay Guinyard, 30, had several active warrants in connection with the thefts from over 10 businesses across the region.
