The Aspen Hill Club has been sold but will continue operating, ensuring no immediate changes for members of the longtime Montgomery County fitness and racquet facility.
According to CityBiz, the transaction closed in December 2025. The 120,000 square foot, multi-disciplined sports and health facility sits on 16 manicured acres at 14501 Homecrest Road in Silver Spring’s Aspen Hill neighborhood. CityBiz reports the total sale price for the real estate and business was $5,360,000.
The report notes that Finmarc Management has been expanding into experiential and community focused properties. The Aspen Hill acquisition follows the company’s recent purchases of two movie theaters, one in Fairfax and one in Brandywine.
