Healthcare consortium Kaiser Permanente has reached a $46 million settlement in a data privacy case alleging patient information was breached through their website and mobile apps.
Multiple cases were consolidated into a class-action lawsuit in December 2024, and the court ordered the preliminary approval of the settlement in December 2025.
