Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Prince Parkman, a missing 13-year-old.
Parkman was last seen on Saturday, January 17, 2026, at approximately 9:40 am, in the 14340 block of Georgia Avenue in Silver Spring. He is 5-foot, 5-inches tall, 175 lbs., with black hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a white sweater with colorful graphic designs, blue jeans, and tan colored boots.
