WASHINGTON (7News) — A predatory scheme that used D.C.-area children as props to line the pockets of its executives has been dismantled.
Attorney General Brian L. Schwalb announced the permanent shutdown of two fraudulent nonprofits: Maryland Youth Club of America and Virginia Youth Club of America.
