Carlos Alberto Gomez-Lozano, 22, is facing a host of charges following a harrowing incident that played out early on Friday afternoon in Woodbridge, according to the Prince William County Police Department.
The ordeal began shortly before 1:15 p.m. on Jan. 16.
Police say that officers on patrol attempted to stop a vehicle in the 14000 block of Spriggs Road in Woodbridge regarding a domestic incident, though the driver — later identified as Gomez-Lozano — sped away onto Dumfries Road and to I-95, where he was chased by state police troopers who ultimately terminated the pursuit as it stretched into Maryland…
