BATH, NY — A Washington D.C. man faces multiple charges after allegedly threatening a police officer with a hammer Friday night.
Jason Pierce, 21, of Washington D.C., was arrested following an incident that began at approximately 7:48 p.m. when Bath Village Police responded to Rico’s Pizza on West Morris Street for a report of a male in a private area possibly stealing items.
