Baltimore, Maryland — Loud booming noises reported overnight across parts of the Mid-Atlantic are prompting questions from residents, particularly in communities spanning Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia near the Interstate 95 corridor, where sudden rumbles were heard during the coldest nighttime hours.
