Hope Robinson, a 17-year-old representing Dumfries, was named third runner-up in the National American Miss Teen Top Model competition in Orlando, Fla., last month.
Competing among top teen finalists from across the country, Robinson was recognized for her confidence, poise, stage presence, and leadership.
