WASHINGTON (7News) — A crash involving two vehicles on Interstate 395 southbound snarled traffic Monday morning.
The Metropolitan Police Department said officers responded to the scene near Exit 5 at 9:21 a.m. Photos obtained by 7News appear to show one of the involved vehicles was a semi hauling cars.
The roadway has since been cleared, and traffic is back to normal…
