Frustrations are high and so is trash in some DC neighborhoods

WASHINGTON — Patience is running out for some DC neighbors after nearly three weeks without trash and recycling collection.

Throughout social media, residents have been posting complaints and tagging the District’s 311 service and the Department of Public Works (DPW).
