Robert Fuller, Jr., 87, has been identified as the man who is the subject of a homicide investigation following an incident at the Cogir Potomac Senior Living Facility on Valentine’s Day, according to the Montgomery County Department of Police.
First responders were called shortly after 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, Feb. 14, to investigate a reported code involving a resident at the facility in the 10800 block of Potomac Tennis Lane.
Upon arrival, officers say they found Fuller unresponsive inside an apartment within the senior living facility. Life-saving measures were attempted, but he was pronounced dead at the scene…
