Former DC special police officer sentenced for stomping on arrestee’s face

WASHINGTON (7News) — A former special police officer who stomped on an arrestee’s face while the person was already pinned to the ground was sentenced to 12 months in prison Thursday.

U.S. Attorney Jeanine Pirro said Brigette Robertson, 40, violated the constitutional rights of a citizen while acting in an official law enforcement capacity during the 2023 arrest.
