Rockville’s Hobby Works store is closing its doors after 30 years at Federal Plaza on the Pike. Staffers tell us Hobby Works’ owners couldn’t come to a new lease agreement with the center’s landlord, Federal Realty. The store’s last day of business will be Feb. 28th. Markdowns have begun on all remaining inventory, which includes puzzles, games, building kits, crafting supplies and model trains. Hobby Works has another store in Laurel that will remain open.
