Brigette O. Robertson, 40, was sentenced to 12 months in prison by a judge in US District Court in Washington, DC, after admitting she violated a detained woman’s constitutional rights in June 2023, authorities announced.
Robertson pleaded guilty on July 22, 2025, to a misdemeanor count of deprivation of rights under color of law.
