Fairfax police interrupt 7-Eleven robbery in progress, juvenile arrested

FAIRFAX, Va. — Fairfax Police interrupted a robbery in progress early Monday morning and brought a young person into custody.

According to a spokesperson for the City of Fairfax Police Department, officers were called to the 7-Eleven store located 3965 Jermantown Road for a report of a robbery around 5 a.m. Officers arrived on scene to find the robbery still underway. Officers apprehended the robbery suspect, who has only been identified as a juvenile.
