WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has introduced a new online tool designed to make it easier for veterans to respond when more information is needed to process a benefits claim.
The agency announced Wednesday the launch of the Claim Assist Portal, a digital platform intended to streamline communication with veterans and help claims move forward more quickly.
